- Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years in technology consulting, enterprise or solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
- At least 3 years in a Sales Support / Client Engagement Role for deployments, RFP, SOW, and sales presentations.
- At least 3 years in Salesforce development and implementations, with skills in Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services.
- At least 3 years of experience with CRM solutions, including Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment/packaging using Metadata API, Change Set, and Ant.
- Knowledge of coding standards, deployment, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce integration, and security.
- Experience with integration technologies like Web Services, Cast Iron/Boomi, integrating with systems like Siebel, OMS, and Java-based systems.
- Complete understanding of governor limits.
- Experience implementing SOAP and REST web services.
- Development of Web Services classes on and WSDL generation.
- Proficiency in Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Controllers, and JavaScript for complex requirements.
- Fluency in SOSL, SOQL, workflows, and tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkit.
- Migration of customizations from Sandbox to Production.
- Customization of Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
- Certification as Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration: workflow rules, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, approval processes, and process builder.
- Experience with custom reporting and modifying pages, views, dashboards.
- Ability to interpret user requirements into Salesforce configurations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Platform certifications:
Dev1/2 or DEV 501. - Experience with API SOAP implementation, Single Sign-On, and Java (a plus).
- Functional Role:
- At least 5 years translating functional requirements into technology solutions, developing strategies, and demonstrating solutions.
- At least 3 years in sales support/client engagement roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products like Wave Analytics and Lightning.
- Experience working in diverse stakeholder environments and global delivery.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Understanding market and technology trends, analytical skills, and willingness to travel.
- Preferred certifications:
Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Dev1/2, or DEV 501.
- Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 11 years in Information Technologies.
- U.S. Citizens or authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
