    • Demand forecasting and capacity planning
    • Quality and defect analysis
    • Predictive maintenance
    • Supply chain optimization
    • Workforce and recruiting analytics
    • Process automation and decision support
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, MES, ATS, finance, etc.).
  • Monitor deployed models for performance, accuracy, and drift; refine as needed.
  • Document models, assumptions, and processes for transparency and reuse.
  • Support responsible AI practices, including data security, governance, and ethical use.
  • Stay current on AI tools and technologies relevant to industrial and enterprise environments.

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning fundamentals (model selection, training, validation).
  • Experience using AI/ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial data.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with time-series forecasting, optimization, NLP, or generative AI.
