- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in financial services applications
- Strong SQL analysis and database query skills
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements
- Excellent communication, written documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in system architecture, API configuration, and web/mobile application development
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence team members and external groups
- Willingness to support quality assurance and participate in testing phases
- Agile and traditional development process knowledge
- Experience with content management systems
- Financial industry experience
- Knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Core, XML, CSS
- Familiarity with QA automation tools
- Experience with Confluence and Java
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, especially within financial services applications
- Demonstrated success in architecture and API configuration
