You’ll provide insight into risk management, marketing, and renewal strategies, as well as advise on coverage enhancements, service deliverables, and overall project management to ensure an efficient and successful cycle from onboarding to policy renewal.

- Serve as the primary client service contact for insureds, handling issues such as exposure changes, additions, billing, claims concerns, renewal preparation, and marketing.
- Participate in client meetings related to sales opportunities, mid-year reviews, and renewals.
- Support producers and client service colleagues with market knowledge, coverage issues, service expectations, and team capability building to enhance client satisfaction.

- Extensive commercial insurance client management experience, with a deep understanding of large account programs, including alternative risk financing, complex structures, and loss-sensitive arrangements.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; pursuing continuing education such as CIC, AU, or ARM is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in general liability, commercial auto, large property, and workers' compensation coverage.
- Valid state insurance license.
