- Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure our clients have the coverage they truly need.
- Create customized quotes across multiple lines, including home, auto, and life insurance.
- Manage incoming inquiries with a focus on education and finding the right fit for each unique situation.
- Maintain accurate client records to ensure seamless service and long-term protection.
- Network within the Roanoke community to build lasting local partnerships.
- Support the overall agency growth by identifying opportunities to expand our reach through thoughtful service.
- Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Active Virginia Life and Health insurance license.
- Three or more years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business.
- Strong command of standard agency management systems and digital rating tools.
- Ability to analyze coverage gaps and explain complex policies in plain language.
- Comfort working in an office environment in Roanoke, Virginia.
