• Evaluate and refine existing insurance policy wording for clarity, accuracy, and competitive positioning.

• Draft new policy provisions and endorsements, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic goals.
• Work closely with underwriting, claims, legal, and actuarial teams to gather input and ensure policy effectiveness.
• Develop clear documentation and training materials for internal teams regarding policy changes.
• Analyze policy performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance policy analysis , product development, or a comparable role.
• Solid understanding of insurance contracts, principles, and various lines of business.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Experience in policy drafting and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
