This role requires full-time presence at our Roanoke, Virginia office.

Receiving/Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and directing all work activities on the receiving dock and coordinating the movement of resources and trucks for the warehouse. They are responsible for training new

permanent and temporary personnel to perform any job assignment in the department safely and efficiently.

Coordinator is responsible for the inspection of inbound quality of product (pallet, carton, & individual unit), labor efficiency (KPI) reporting, receiving dock/warehouse location accuracy, and for conducting daily safety meetings topromote awareness. Must have full working knowledge of DSI and JDE.

The base pay range for this position is $21.00 / hour; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.

The lead coordinator will adhere to the daily receiving schedule, focusing on meeting urgent item requests and out of stock item replenishment. The coordinator must maintain an even flow of receipt of goods against the demand of put away in the warehouse.
