Custodian Janitor

Commercial Cleaning Services Position

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, one of the nation's top janitorial companies, has immediate job openings in the Roanoke, VA area. Weekend work with a flexible schedule! 2 pm - 6:30 pm. Offering up to $15.00 per hour (based on experience).

We are a professional commercial cleaning company looking for professional cleaners to help us continue to grow and provide excellence in the janitorial arena. This is a good opportunity to earn extra money, great for retirees or a second job. If you are honest, dependable, and have an eye for detail, we would like to talk to you. We are seeking part-time weekend cleaners on Saturdays or Sundays.

Must be willing to pass a drug and background check as well as be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, BUT THE FOLLOWING TRAITS ARE:

• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a hard work ethic
• Enjoys being on your feet and moving around
• Is reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented
• Able to learn quickly and adapt what you have learned to a changing environment.
• Have a keen eye for detail.
• Have a reliable system for transportation. (

  Many accounts have varied days and hours; your mobility is a factor when assigning accounts!)
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc.
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds
• Must provide own reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
