As a Managing Partner, you’ll grow a team of financial representatives. You’ll help guide and train your team members as they work to meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in your district. You will accomplish this by attracting, recruiting, and developing a team of successful financial representatives through coaching, motivating, and mentoring.

Individuals interested in this position have the opportunity to join our Pathway to Leadership Program. This is a unique program designed to assist candidates who want to grow into leadership positions within a specific district or region.

• Grow a team of financial representatives and guide, train, and mentor them to meet the financial needs of members in your district.
• Attract, recruit, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and motivation.
• Participate in the Pathway to Leadership Program to develop leadership skills within the district or region.

• Passion for bettering members’ financial lives.
• Ability to obtain or already hold: an active life insurance license, FINRA securities registration (Securities Industry Essentials/SIE), Series 6 and/or 7 license, and Series 63 license, as required by state.
• Ability to pass a background check that includes satisfactory regulatory, criminal and financial standing.

• Join an organization and culture based on helping people. Develop one-on-one personal relationships while making a difference in the lives of community members.
• Bring people together through various fraternal volunteer programs to help make communities better.
• Receive comprehensive training and ongoing professional development from local Modern Woodmen leaders.

• Ideal candidates should already be licensed in Life, Annuity, Series 6 or 7, and Series 24 or 26.
