Walk Pickers pick appropriate items from stock inventory for redistribution within the facility. They ensure products are delivered accurately to other teams.

• Manually pick products off shelves to fill orders.
• Transport in‑progress orders to the next location on the order list.
• Lift products manually and lift things from ground level to a level of 3 feet.
• Scan products using Radio Frequency (RF) units and determine order information.
• Fill boxes with packaging materials to avoid order damage, then load products into boxes.
• Follow safety procedures for equipment use to reduce potential for accidents.
• Count product quantities to fill orders and transport picked orders to the packing station for shipping.
• Build appropriate (correct size) boxes based on order weight and size and label boxes with barcodes.
• Understand safety procedures for picking products off shelves and follow packaging procedures for pallets to fill large orders.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and clean the factory to maintain a proper work environment.
• Review manifests, invoices, and orders to ensure accurate orders; examine products to ensure damaged products are not shipped.
• Lift products to place them on a pallet.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Remain standing for an extended period of time up to 10 hours.
• Able to perform with constant movement of the arms.
• No relocation benefit is being offered. Only candidates currently residing within 50 miles of the work location will be considered (Active‑Duty Military Service members are exempt from the geographical limitation).
