We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This role serves as a critical bridge between Analytical Chemistry and Compounding - making it an excellent stepping stone toward a career in Chemistry.

Pay: $20/hour + $0.75/hour shift differential

Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You Will Do
  • Collect samples of incoming raw materials following cGMP and GLP standards.
  • Accurately weigh, label, and log material samples.
  • Verify receiving documents and Certificates of Analysis for material accuracy.
  • Support R&D requests by pulling raw materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace; safely dispose of waste and materials.
  • Operate a power industrial truck to move raw materials within the warehouse.
  • Assist with labeling/tagging of approved raw materials.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Follow all safety protocols due to potential exposure to chemicals and lab environments.
  • Complete special projects assigned by the manager.

Preferred Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality team or lab environment.
  • Experience handling raw materials in a regulated setting.
Required Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Skills & Abilities
  • High attention to detail with minimal error tolerance.
  • Strong time management and reliability.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Capable with computers and data entry/documentation systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting of minor equipment issues.
