Continuous Improvement Manager

TRG Manufacturing Search Division is engaged in a search for a Lean Transformation Leader to join an industry-leading manufacturer committed to innovation, quality, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands‑on change agent who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to lead meaningful cultural and operational change through Lean.

You’ll help the organization improve their flow‑based manufacturing by coaching leaders and teams, establishing daily management, and embedding standards that sustain continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Operations preferred)
• 7+ years driving Lean transformation in manufacturing environments
• Strong TPS/Lean foundation: servant leadership, problem solving, capability building
• Hands‑on experience with flow, pull/kanban, VSM, kaizen, A3s, and visual management
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to completion
