Marvin Roanoke is looking for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor. The Supervisor leads the fabrication department, championing continuous improvement, a safe work environment, quality assurance, productivity, and a Marvin values‑led people culture. The role is responsible for leading, developing, training, directing, and motivating the department.

• Holds high expectations of direct reports, promoting Marvin values, teamwork, positivity, and success in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leads and manages associates’ day‑to‑day performance and development opportunities, building a sense of team and work family.
• Resolves associate issues as they arise and administers fair and consistent discipline.
• Creates a positive values‑led work environment that reduces turnover.
• Conducts department performance reviews, including appraisals and discipline, providing formative feedback.
• Works with the Assistant Supervisor to maintain an environment that promotes success and surpasses company goals.
• Responsible for cross‑training, line balance, and strong problem‑solving to meet department goals.
• Communicates effectively with internal customers, peers, and associates.
• Mentors and develops the assistant supervisor toward higher responsibility.
• Maintains necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Creates a safe work environment as measured by OSHA incident rate and other company safety metrics.
• Promotes, meets, and maintains quality measures.

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma required.
