• Full-time, 12-hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotation
• Average of 14 days off each month
• Extended weekends off every other week
• Pay depends on experience, up to $35/hr
• Overtime as required to meet customer demands

• Inspect and test machinery and equipment; execute all preventive maintenance schedules
• Communicate equipment concerns and production impacts with managers and supervisors
• Dismantle defective machines; install new or repaired parts
• Follow all safety procedures and policies; operate with a respirator when required and keep safety gear clean and compliant
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other components
• Install and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Design, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• React to basic system alarms and reset as needed
• Collaborate closely with co‑workers to plan work, share updates, and solve problems
• Move carts, pallets, and toolboxes between areas to complete repairs and part replacements
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance
• Multitask effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules
• Understand and support the Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems
• Support continual improvement initiatives
• Support JSOX compliance
• Other duties as assigned

• 1 year certificate from a college or technical school; or 3 years
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• PLC troubleshooting skills and PLC programming experience
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Equipment troubleshooting across industrial automation systems
• Hydraulics experience
• Troubleshooting industrial automation equipment

• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC):
  Fanuc, Omron, Panasonic, Schneider Electric, Beckoff, Modicon, B&R Industrial Automation, Sigmatek
• Servo motors
