Wire Cutter​/Production Associate

• Base Pay $19.50 / Hour

Description

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join a production team.

In this role, you’ll prepare a variety of wires for production by operating cutting and stripping equipment and following detailed work instructions.

• Review work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Prepare materials for production
• Cut and strip wire according to specifications
• Operate wire-cutting machines, hand tools, and computer equipment
• Inspect materials and finished work for quality and accuracy
• Follow routing instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Deliver completed work to Quality Assurance for inspection
• Identify and report material shortages or quality issues
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work as part of a team and cross-train in other areas as needed
• Work overtime when required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfortable using computers and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and good hand/eye coordination
• Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Able to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Dependable and punctual with good attendance
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn new processes and equipment
