Metal Casting Operator - Shifts

This is a hands-on, physically demanding industrial position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our facilities operate 24/7, and team members work around industrial equipment and in areas where temperatures can become very hot.

If you have experience working in manufacturing, production, warehouses, foundries, mills, construction, heavy equipment, or other physically demanding/hot work environments, we want to hear from you.

• Workl approximately 4 – 3 days a week with alternating weekends

What You'll Do

• Work safely around industrial manufacturing equipment
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements to help prevent injuries
• Stay alert and aware of your surroundings in an active production environment
• Perform physically demanding production tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials and equipment as required
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Work effectively in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Change tasks quickly and efficiently based on production needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Take accountability for your work, attendance, safety, and performance

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working in hot, physically demanding environments is strongly preferred
• Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, foundry, mill, or production experience is a plus
• Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physical work
• Able and willing to work in temperatures that reach approximately 120°F in certain work areas
• Safety-minded and committed to following established procedures
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and alone
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• Able to perform repetitive work with limited breaks
• Able to wear all required PPE
