How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:
Full time APP (NP or PA) opportunity with Carilion Family Medicine - Blacksburg. This APP would be shared between the Plantation Road office – working 3 days a week (Tues‑Thurs) and 2 days a week at Warm Hearth (Mon and Fri).

3 years of experience is required.

Education:

Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Experience:

Licensure/Certification:
Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP), DEA license and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. AHA BLS‑HCP certification required. Advanced Life Support certification preferred. Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with State regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.

Minimum qualifications:

Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers. Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.
