Research Associate - Drug Discovery

Our client is seeking a motivated Research Associate to join their innovative Drug Discovery team in East London . This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the early stages of pharmaceutical research and development. You will be involved in designing and executing experiments to identify and validate new drug targets, as well as supporting lead optimization efforts. Working within a dynamic laboratory setting, you will collaborate closely with experienced scientists to advance projects from concept to preclinical stages.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a research laboratory setting, preferably in drug discovery or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with common laboratory techniques, including cell culture, molecular biology, and biochemical assays.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and interpretation.
