Must be 18 or older, have personal transportation, daily access to a computer with internet connection, and ability to use reset and plan‑o‑gram (required). This role is not expected to exceed more than 24 hours per week, although the company may change the role based on business or client needs.

• Schedule tasks on a weekly basis to meet execution objectives.
• Execute retail merchandising tasks as scheduled.
• Perform store tasks efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Accurately report all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives.
• Complete required training and certification programs.
• Engage every work day with CROSSMARK’s communication tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
• Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
• Participate in team‑scheduled tasks and client work‑withs.
• Provide excellent customer service and develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives.
• Ensure proper maintenance on all company equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities.
