We offer a change of pace from traditional fashion retail by adding the buying element into the usual retail setting. The pace is fast and upbeat. The opportunities to learn and grow are numerous.

• Opening and closing the store by following a list of tasks assigned for each day.
• Supervising staff
• Coaching, training and motivating team members to achieve higher performance and interaction with all customers.
• Demonstrate high values and service by leading by example on and off the sales floor.
• Helping maintain a fresh and visually enticing store that is clean and well organized at a level exceeding the competition and above customer expectations.
• Excellence at sales, customer service, inventory management, housekeeping and all other in‑store tasks.

• Must live, eat and breathe fashion!
• Stellar knowledge of current teen and young adult fashion and brands
• Amazing organizational and multitasking abilities
• Energetic upbeat outlook
• Desire to have a career and grow with the company
• Must be able to close ATLEAST two—three times a week
• Must be able to work weekends (AT LEAST ONE Sunday per month)
• Must be able to work on and around holidays

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
