Field Sales Representative

Upright Roofing is hiring roofing sales/project managers to join our team. We offer upside earning potential, flexible schedules, and a positive work environment. • Upside commission-earning potential
• Weekly basis offered with minimum KPIs hit
• Commissions are paid out on all completed jobs
• Monthly/Quarterly contests
• Work in multiple locations

• Inspect and document homes for storm restoration
• Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration
• Create lead generation for new prospects via business-to-business
• Go door-to-door talking to neighbors
• Help customers navigate through the sales process
• Run company leads
• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 - $250,000 per year

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

• Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location:

On the road

• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• A consistent top performer in sales
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
