What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage overall relationships and day-to-day sales activities for furniture customers and clients in the designated territory
  • Schedule and conduct both virtual and face-to-face meetings to understand customers' businesses and present Richelieu product solutions
  • Grow the territory through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships
  • Analyze past buying patterns of current accounts and propose strategies to strengthen supplier relationships
  • Maintain accurate system information and reporting in the CRM application
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in parts and manufacturing of furniture, upholstery, or case goods
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive and coachable attitude
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling to furniture manufacturers or related equipment/parts
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
