- Manage overall relationships and day-to-day sales activities for furniture customers and clients in the designated territory
- Schedule and conduct both virtual and face-to-face meetings to understand customers' businesses and present Richelieu product solutions
- Grow the territory through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships
- Analyze past buying patterns of current accounts and propose strategies to strengthen supplier relationships
- Maintain accurate system information and reporting in the CRM application
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in parts and manufacturing of furniture, upholstery, or case goods
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and coachable attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience selling to furniture manufacturers or related equipment/parts
- Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
