Sales Manager – HVAC, Plumbing, Controls & Electrical Services
We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Manager to support HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, and Electrical service divisions. In this key leadership role, you will manage sales activities across a regional footprint, working closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to deliver exceptional results for customers. Our building clients rely on us for maintenance, repairs, replacements, and project development.

- Blountville, TN

- Manage sales operations for HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, and Electrical service divisions
- Support growth initiatives by driving revenue, profitability, and customer retention
- Collaborate with sales, estimating, construction, and service teams to achieve business goals
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to Sales Representatives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance reporting
- Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of sales staff
- Help implement sales and marketing strategies and identify new market opportunities
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the MEP service industry
- Demonstrated success supporting sales growth and managing sales activities
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and business performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel throughout regional offices and customer locations
- Maintain a drug-free workplace
- Lead with integrity, accountability, and respect
- Communicate effectively across departments and with customers
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Travel regularly within the region
