The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store(s).

Responsibilities include:

Identifying incidents of theft and fraud.

Reviewing CCTV and exception reports.

Monitoring physical security.

Auditing Electronic Article Surveillance.

Preparing detailed case reports and documenting apprehensions and recoveries.

Preserving evidence and interacting with law enforcement.

Testifying in criminal and civil court actions.

Reporting hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.

Carrying out responsibilities safely to minimize injury risks.

Demonstrating integrity and supporting store-specific business objectives.
