• $25–$32/hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Branch Service Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions;
  hydraulic and electrical experience required
• Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager
• Perform effective welding as needed
• Create accurate repair estimates within work orders
• Maintain detailed repair records in CDK Global
• Communicate with OEM/factory for technical assistance
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic diagnostic capability
• Proficiency with repair documentation (CDK experience preferred)
• Welding ability and safe work practices
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and team‑focused

• Regular talking/hearing; frequent standing, walking, reaching, and hands‑on work
• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs frequently and 80+ lbs occasionally
