Responsibilities- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and related material handling equipment
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on‑the‑spot
- Communicate with customers to gather information, explain issues, and provide solutions
- Document service actions and complete job reports accurately
- Support fleet operations by ensuring equipment is safe and ready for use
- Own tools (new entrants may use the company tool program)
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn how equipment works
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of electrical systems or ability to read schematics (preferred but training is available)
- Training:
Toyota certification program, ride‑along with seasoned technicians, in‑house shop training - Competitive pay and benefits package
