Lead Carpenter

Overview

Senior Remodeling Experts is Hiring a Residential Lead Carpenter. Applicant must be proficient in all aspects of residential rough and finish carpentry. Experience with home modifications for accessibility is a plus. This is a growth position. We need someone who can work independently and can communicate well with vendors, subcontracts, and clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on construction experience.

• Perform residential rough and finish carpentry.
• Work independently and communicate effectively with vendors, subcontracts, and clients.
• Assist with or lead home modification projects for accessibility as needed.

• Must have basic carpentry tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Background check and drug test will be required.

• Quarterly Bonus based on Net Profit
• Paid Holidays:
  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (after 90 days)
• Vacation: 1 week vacation after 1 year of employment

$25 - $35 per hour, based on experience, drive, and attitude.
