**** Pay:** $30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience.

** Your main Tasks:
*** Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
* Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
* Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
* Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
* Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
* Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
* Remain customer service focused.
** Experience or Certification needed:
*** EPA universal certification preferred.
* OSHA 10 preferred.
* 3 years of commercial HVACR experience.
** You need to be able to:
*** Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
* Be punctual and reliable.
* Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
* On call availability.
* Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
* Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
* Work efficiently in confined spaces.
* Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
* Successfully pass pre-employment drug test, background check, physical, and MVR.
