• Ensure the safety of all students and staff.

• Ability to swim is a must.

• Flexibility to work afternoons and some weekends.
• Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification (training provided for a fee).
• Red Cross Lifeguard certification is desired.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• One year of previous experience working with children is preferred.

• Instructor pay: $14.00 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and availability.

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.50 per hour

Aquatic Adventures Swim School is Roanoke Valley's ONLY dedicated swim school. We change and enhance lives by providing lifesaving swim skills to children of all ages and abilities. Our dedicated team loves to have fun while providing a safe, educational program. At Aquatic Adventures Swim School, you will have the unique opportunity to hang out in a 90‑degree pool, sing while you work and help children learn to swim.

All staff is trained in house to teach the Aquatic Adventures Swim School trademark program. Our consistent, uniform, teaching method provides a more streamlined, effective program. We love children and believe that by learning to swim, children will survive and thrive!!

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.
