** How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:
** The Lifeguard continuously monitors members behavior to ensure safety at the outside/inside pool and spa and maintains standards of cleanliness and pool chemical balances.
* Maintains cleanliness and enforces rules of outside/inside pool and spa area(s).
* Ensures all safety regulations are being adhered to for members safety.
* Checks on chemical balance of pools and spa.
* Operates pumps, vacuum, backwash and draining when needed.
* Teaches swimming lessons when needed.
* Wears proper uniform.
* Notifies manager if any questions and/or problems arise.
* If unable to work a scheduled shift, follows proper procedure to find a replacement.#
** What We Require:

* Education:

** Minimum two years of high school education. Work permit required if under 18 years of age.

*
* Experience:

** Six months previous lifeguard experience preferred.

** Licensure, certification, and/or registration:
** Lifeguard, AHA BLS-HCP and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire, Water Safety Instructor (WSI) preferred.
