• Average Weekly Pay: $1,450
• Annual Earning Potential: $75,000+
• Experience-Based Mileage Pay: 0–12 months: $0.53; 12–36 months: $0.55; 37–60 months: $0.56; 61+ months: $0.58 per mile.
• Full Trailer Unload Pay: $55
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop, including the first stop.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total — $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days, $250 at 90 days, $250 at 120 days, $250 at 150 days, and $500 at 180 days.
• Home Time: Daily.
• Schedule: Primarily overnight; nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Holiday weeks, including the week before a holiday, are mandatory.

• Freight: Grocery deliveries requiring driver unloading with a powered pallet jack. Training is provided.
• Running Area: Virginia and West Virginia, with backhaul loads returning from West Virginia to the Indianapolis area.
• Workload: Approximately four loads and 2,000 miles per week, with an average haul of 490 miles.
• Equipment: Slip-seat tractors.
• Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center every day is required.
• Hiring Area: Applicants must live within the approved hiring area. Candidates outside the hiring area require approval before proceeding.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Ability to unload freight using a powered pallet jack.
• Reliable daily transportation to and from the distribution center.
• Availability for overnight work, weekends, holidays, and mandatory holiday-period schedules.

• Paid Vacation: 1 week after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years.

Sign-On Bonus Conditions: Drivers must remain active company drivers on the applicable payout dates. The bonus may be modified or canceled with appropriate notice under applicable law. Employment remains at-will.
