• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to use RF scanners and follow picking and packing instructions
• Dependable transportation and excellent attendance
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Must pass required background check and drug screening

• Accurately pick products according to customer orders
• Pack items and prepare shipments for delivery
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders
• Verify product quantities, labels, and order accuracy
• Receive, sort, and put away incoming merchandise
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Work with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
