Position ObjectiveUnder general supervision of the Senior Engineering Technician, and in coordination with LOGIS GIS, performs work in the development and maintenance of geographic and related information for all municipal departments. Provides basic technical support for other staff regarding Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and related hardware and software operations. The work involves the use of Autodesk and ESRI products; updating City maps, survey and set out;
responding to customer inquiries; and may involve work relating to construction projects.
