Department Details

  • Autonomy with Strong Clinical Support - Home health PTs enjoy independence in scheduling and treatment decisions while still having access to experienced clinicians, mentors, and leadership for collaboration, case reviews, and ongoing support—so you’re never practicing in isolation.
  • Meaningful, Patient-Centered Care - Treating patients in their own homes allows therapists to see real-life functional challenges and make a direct impact on safety, mobility, and independence. Progress is often faster and more rewarding because care is tailored to each patient’s actual environment.
  • Work-Life Balance & Professional Growth - Flexible scheduling, reduced productivity pressure compared to outpatient settings, and opportunities for specialization (geriatrics, balance/fall prevention, chronic disease management, leadership roles) support both personal balance and long-term career development.
