American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor & Delivery/Postpartum rotating position requiring 2+ years of L&D experience and fetal monitoring skills.

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit (3SW) with Postpartum and Newborn care responsibilities
• Rotating 12-hour shifts covering days and nights (7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30a)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Epic EMR used

• Active MN RN license required (compact license not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Postpartum and newborn care skills required
• Fetal monitoring and interpretation experience required
• Circulating experience for c-sections required
• Experience caring for newborn, adolescent, and adult populations required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• STABLE certification and EFM experience highly preferred

• Provide holistic nursing care across the life cycle including neonates, infants, children, and adults
• Responsible for assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, implementation, and evaluation per nursing standards
• Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate tasks as appropriate
• Hospital-provided scrubs required
• Part of a Level III NICU and large Family Birth Center setting
• First-time travelers may be considered
