As a Rehabilitation Therapy Technician I, you will set up equipment, maintain a safe working environment, and collaborate closely with therapists and nurses to provide compassionate care aligned with your professional aspirations.

• Support therapists’ daily patient care and therapy activities.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient‑centered treatment.
• Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule.
• Communicate outcomes and observations of patient care activities to therapists.

• CPR certification preferred (unless otherwise required by hospital policy).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completed required elements for the clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training.
