Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state‑of‑the‑art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options—including gallon, half‑gallon, whole, 2%, 1%, skim, chocolate milk, and cream—for Walmart’s Great Value and Sam’s Club’s Member’s Mark brands. The facility supports Walmart’s commitment to building a resilient and transparent supply chain, sourcing high‑quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam’s Clubs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

• Operate and monitor filling machinery in a dairy processing environment.
• Track and adjust fill weights to meet bottle specifications.
• Oversee cap monitoring, capping, and general product packaging.
• Clean, set up, operate, and monitor filling equipment.
• Perform all necessary quality checks and complete documentation for filling machinery.
• Record production and quality data.
• Conduct filler line changeovers.
• Adhere to sanitation and quality policies and procedures.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety and quality system requirements.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace.
• Communicate with other departments, management, and associates to report any issues that may impact production efficiency.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy.
• Use policies, data, and resources to prioritize work, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Participate in team building, mentorship, and continuous improvement activities.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for scheduling).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move goods up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
• Experience with dairy or beverage processing equipment.
• Team training or supervisory experience.
