Position Summary:

• Maintain highest standards of quality and food safety by monitoring, testing, recording and reacting on data pertaining to products, production and processes.
• Verify raw materials and finished products are in compliance with federal, state and company specifications.
• Conduct statistical process control, root cause analysis, continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain laboratory functions (operations, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair); cross‑train within Food Safety QA department.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations.

• 2 years’ experience in clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) and computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Science, Agriculture or related field.
• Fluid milk testing laboratory experience in raw milk sample testing, bottled milk testing, and pre‑operations inspections and swabbing.
