• Maintain highest standards of quality and food safety by monitoring, testing, recording, and reacting on data pertaining to products, production, and process quality.
• Verify raw materials and finished products compliance with federal, state, and company specifications; produce accurate results while multitasking in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Recommend ways to address improvement opportunities and adapt to change.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Maintain knowledge of laboratory functions: operations, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair; cross‑train within Food Safety QA department.
• Utilize continuous improvement mindset by conducting statistical process control, root cause analysis, and participating in improvement projects.

• 2+ years of experience in clerical related responsibilities (filing, data entry) and computer applications (email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office).
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Science, Agriculture or related field.
• Preferred:
  Experience in fluid milk testing laboratory (raw/milk sample testing, bottled milk testing, pre‑operations inspections, swabbing).
