Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and bilingual Clinician to join our team in Robstown, TX. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality behavioral health services and guiding clinical staff in providing trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive care.   • Travel: Required to travel to the assigned work location, scheduled trainings, and conferences.

Qualifications Required
  • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
    .
  • Education/Experience (One of the following is required):
  • A master’s degree in social work with two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience.
  • Or, a master's or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science with clinical experience as a program requirement, AND two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience.
  • Or, a bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of related direct service clinical experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of trauma‑informed care and behavioral health best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
  • Provide direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments to determine client needs and diagnoses.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., medical staff, case managers) to coordinate holistic care and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in clinical case reviews and team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed to ensure client safety and stability.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality following HIPAA and organizational policies.
