Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant focuses on assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

• Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Assisting with the management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

• Previous experience in an accounts assistant role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage) is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Job Type: 12 Month Contract to Cover Maternity (Hybrid following training) – Possibility of Permanent Employment.
