An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing sales office within a well-established, internationally recognised manufacture. The company supplies leading clothing brands worldwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both customers and the internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders received via telephone and email, ensuring accurate data entry into the company’s ERP system to generate order acknowledgements, invoices, and delivery documentation
Providing professional customer service through inbound and outbound calls and emails
Supporting the sales team in resolving customer queries
Updating and maintaining customer order records
Liaising with the warehouse team to coordinate picking, packing, and shipment of goods
Preparing and dispatching product samples to customers
Carrying out general office administration duties, including filing and handling incoming calls
Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or sales office environment
Previous sales administration experience (2+ years preferred)
Strong administrative background (3+ years preferred)
Experience using an ERP system (SAP experience advantageous)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, with flexible working allowing an early finish on Fridays
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000 per annum
