An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to support a busy invoicing and office management function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective task coordination, and high standards of administration within a fast-paced office environment.

SALARY: £15.00 to £17.50 per Hour (depending on experience)
LOCATION:
Milnrow, Rochdale, Greater Manchester, North West (100% Office Based)
JOB TYPE:
Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS:
08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a busy, fully office-based team supporting invoicing and operational office functions.
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating tasks and responding to internal and external queries.
The Senior Administrator role offers a varied workload, requiring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working under pressure to meet deadlines.
DUTIESYour duties as the Senior Administrator include:
- Office Coordination:
Organising daily office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Task Management:
Tracking, prioritising, and monitoring tasks using Excel spreadsheets - Invoicing Support:
Assisting with invoicing processes and office management duties - Problem Solving:
Identifying issues and taking proactive steps to resolve them - Deadline Management:
Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time under pressure - Process Awareness:
Maintaining a strong understanding of office procedures and workflows
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration or office support environment
- Proven experience of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative effectively
