Vehicle Mechanic

£35,000-£38,000 (OTE) (DOE)

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (42.5 hours). One Saturday shift every four weeks from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

• Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance to high standards
• Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based diagnostic equipment
• Repair or replace broken or defective parts
• Road test vehicles to check repairs
• Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in good condition
• Follow checklists to ensure all procedures are completed

• A full valid UK driving licence
• City & Guilds Level 3 / IMI Level 3
• Strong communication skills to work well as part of the wider team
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach
