About the CompanyOur client is an established construction and refurbishment contractor with a strong presence across the North West. The business specialises in delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and improvement programmes, with significant experience working within the social housing sector.
Working closely with housing associations, local authorities, and other public sector clients, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering programmes safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. With continued growth and a healthy pipeline of social housing refurbishment work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.
The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of significant social housing refurbishment programmes, working closely with operational teams, clients, and the supply chain.
Key responsibilities will include:
Taking overall commercial responsibility for allocated social housing refurbishment projects
Managing project budgets, CVRs, forecasts, and cash flow
