Customer Care Advisor – French Speaking

Positively represent the JD plc brand to our customers through multiple channels, providing effective and efficient resolution to customer queries.

Handle inbound contact via phone, email, social media and live chat to resolve product‑related questions, issues or complaints pre‑ and post‑order. Take orders by phone and set clear expectations on delivery timescales when processing telesales orders. Provide technical assistance to customers placing orders on the website. Assist customers with product‑related questions and help them make informed decisions. Communicate information about the company’s products and services.

Manage written communication through email and post, and perform general administrative duties. Accurately record reasons for customer contacts. Encourage feedback from customers and provide recommendations for improvement to the line manager. Explain processes and procedures when plans are not met.

Previous experience in a customer service role desirable. Ability to remain calm and focused when dealing with challenging situations. Work independently and as part of a team. Creativity and forward‑thinking in suggesting alternative solutions. Understand the need for confidentiality and compliance with legislation. Open and adaptable to change. Flexible approach to working in a 24/7 operation. Can‑do attitude, accountable even when outside area of responsibility.

Good judgment under pressure. Self‑starter and self‑sufficient. Excellent PC skills. Excellent communicator. Positive manner. Training will be provided as needed.
