Our Client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to provide a high standard of service.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAnnual Salary of £28,695.48
37.5 Hours Per Week – Monday to Friday
33 Days Holiday Per Annum (Including Bank Holidays)

In respect of what the role is and the skills needed for the Customer Service Representative role – we are looking for someone who has:- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- A professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
