We are recruiting graduates or aspiring PGCE students for Teaching Assistant positions across primary schools in Rochdale, covering Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Roles are full‑time, starting now and in September for the full academic year. These positions provide a pathway to a school‑based initial teacher training programme and potential PGCE opportunities.

• Work alongside experienced TAs and teachers to support classroom delivery.
• Deliver small‑group interventions focusing on maths, reading, writing, speaking.
• Provide one‑to‑one support for SEN and lower‑ability students.
• Assist with general class support and small‑group work.

• Graduates in Maths, English, Psychology, Education Studies, Science, Arts or similar disciplines.
• Aspiring teachers with at least some school or child‑based experience (not essential).
• Experience in small‑group literacy, numeracy and phonics is desirable.

Aspiring teachers are supported and trained by head teachers and the Senior Leadership Team.
