Axcis Education is currently recruiting Teaching Assistant Level 2 (TA2) staff to register over the February half-term break, ready to start work after half-term in local primary schools across Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants who are keen to support children’s learning and development within a supportive school environment.

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Supporting children with additional needs that may impact their learning
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Hold a Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or be working towards one
• A strong understanding of the needs of children who may face challenges that impact their learning
• A high level of commitment to the school, pupils, and wider community
• Experience working in a primary school setting is desirable
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
