We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Rochdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to gain valuable in‑school experience before stepping into a full class teaching role in September. The successful candidate will begin in June and July as a Teaching Assistant, working closely with experienced teachers and leadership staff, before transitioning into a full ECT teaching position in September.
Qualifications- Hold (or be on track to achieve) QTS by September
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Be reflective, proactive and committed to professional development
- Have a passion for delivering high‑quality teaching and learning
- Be eager to become part of the wider school community
- A supportive leadership team and experienced mentor
